Xiaobaitu or other Experts, please help!

Hi Xiaobaitu or other Experts,

I filed I-539 (to change status from F2 to F1). I forgot to put my I-20 into the application package (please do not laugh at me and I know I am stupid). I have got my case number. My case will be processed in two months or so. My question is: can I send the I-20 to USCIS now (since I know my case number)?
