" 850 S Street" before the PO Box number.
Fedex needs this physical addr.

Just keep in mind that USCIS Customer Service said (automatical system and real person) you should file
I-485 to where your I-140 got approved. I just called them.But the USCIS web site says all I-485 should be sent to NSC. Very confused. Any suggestion
