請教小白兔和眾高手一個問題

I filed my I-485 (EB3) together with my wife's I-485 as a dependent a while ago. Now, my wife is going to file her I-485 (EB3) and I will be a dependent this time. In a case like this, do we need to request another original copy of medical exam result from the doctor and include it with the application? Thanks a lot.
