I would recommend Chen Danhong (see the post at the beginning of this forum). www.jclawoffice.com. They handle my case really, really well (we are a small startup company of 4 years old) and addressed all issues including the famous "Ability to Pay" for I-140. PERM approved in 3 days, I-140 approved in 4 days after PP.
