請問小白兔及諸位大俠們 EAD gap問題

Dear All,

Please help me with the following question?

My old EAD will expire on August 2. The new EAD receipt dated on May 31.

If the new EAD takes 90 days, I will receive it around August 31. How can I be legal between August 3 to August 31?
