H1-B visa

I am in China now and a US company wants to hire me to work in US headquarter but I need frequently travel between US and China. They will sponsor me for H1-B visa or any visas. My questions are:
1. For business traveling purpose, can H1 - B visa holder entry US multiple times during a certain period?
2. If not, are there any other types of visa available for this situation? Thank you.
