我可以換工作嗎

我三月份現在的公司幫我同時遞交了i140和i485,eb1-B
現在都是pending.
我昨天又upgrade了i140加急，
我現在想換工作，

我想確認一下，對於同時file的i140,i485，eb1b這種情況，
如果
1. i140 approved
2. i485 pending for more than 180 days.
3. working at the similar area

請問我能換工作嗎？？？？
