A: If it is less than 6 mos, you don't need to list it according to "list all places that you have lived for at least 6 months"
If it is over 6 mos, you don't list address A if you could explain that you commute between A and B.
It is normal that you may have 2 address at the same time, one if your home/family address, one is your school address, especially when you are in college.
Anyway, this is not a critical question. No worry.
