questiongs about cross chargeability

I am Chinese and my hu*****and is Korean. I will be the principal applicant for EB2 category. We are going to use cross chargeability filing. Now there is no cutoff date for both Chinese and Korean. Can we still use cross chargeability to file 140 and 485 concurrently?
