infopass today

Today, we went to infopass try to request the second finger print, the outside officer said she can not request that, but she can check my case status. So she let us ( me and my two boys) go inside. After waiting 20 min, the lady called us. The same answer as the finger print, she let me write a letter to CIS. But it is sprised to me, my hu*****and and mine name check were cleared, my 15-twin boys name check are still pending, their name check began on Jan.6,2006, just past 14 several days. The officer said everyone should be taken name check over 14. How should I do? Waiting my boys name check clear?
