Xiaobaitu, Please help with my NC case. Get Confused!!!

I went to the Infopass on 5/14/2007. The immigration officer told me that my name checking was cleared. I should receive GC in three months. At the same day, I did my second time Fingerprint.

Today, I called TSC. The lady told me that my second-time fingerprint was cleared. But my name checking is still pending.

I am really confused. Is there something wrong with my case?
