How long to get 485 receipt?

I bought tickt flying back to china on Aug.18 before, but with current situation, I am wondering how long I can get 485 receipt once I filed it on July? To be safe, when should my 485 be filed to get receipt before 485? Because my children are in china now, and it is hard for all of us to change flying date, I have to go on Aug 18. Thanks for your help.
