回複：請問file NIW的485到底要不要864啊？

My I-140 is Eb1a. When I filed 485 I didn't provide 864. But for the interview, it came in the package. I asked here and was told it was not for Eb. I didn't want to give the officer any chance to say no. And try my best to fill the form. It was very confusing. The office did ask for the 864 when she interviewed my hu*****and. From what I understand, in the form it said some employment based does need this form. But I guess you can wait.
