請問小白兔：我可以concurrently file 140/485 到TSC 嗎？

我到USCIS上查說 All concurrently filed Forms I-140/I-485 should be ted to the Nebraska Service Center. 但是我想file 140/485 去TSC， 我能不能這麽做: 先E-file 140到TSC （因為說Efile都去那了），然後過1個星期再file 485, 這樣是不是不算concurrently file了？
