Further question: so, even currently passport birth place is different from birth certificate, I should use the correct one. But whether if the lawyer insist to wait for new passport? Since new passport need at least 3 month, and I can only apply for new one after Sept. 4, I cannot wait till sept. Any suggestion? Thanks so much. This is really messay and embarressment.
