請教小白兔, is it normal not getting 485 receipt in two weeks?

Sent 485 out on 5/31 and received by USCIS on 6/1. It has been 2 weeks since then and no receipt yet. Is this normal? My friend send out material on the same day and got receipt three days ago. Should I re the application if there is no receipt end of the month? Thanks!
