Yes, I filed I-140 and 485 at the same time in 2002.
I had a lawyer who helped me file my I-140 and 485. But he has ignored to answer my any questions and he has moved out the town as I paid all the money to him two year ago
It took very long to get my I-140 approved, which is one reason upset me and it seems the 485 takes for ever.
I do not know how to write the Response Letter, as the attorney for the defendants said that they do not owe me a clear duty to make the adjustment with any particulal timeframe.
