Xiaobaitu and experts: Can I file 485 again? very anxious

My I-140 (NIW) was approved last year. My hu*****and filed EB-1A (his 140 and 485, and my 485) early this year. His 140 is still pending. Now I want to apply 485 based on my 140. Can I file 485 again? Do I need to withdraw my old 485 application or can link to my new one? I also got EAD based on his application. Can I work with that? Thanks!
