How come your I140 was only approved in 2005? When did you your I-485? Is it pending for NC?

By the way, you defintely have right to fight back, whether or not you have job or not. The worst thing is your lawsuit triggers ref or interview from USCIS and ask for employerment verfication.

Did you hire a laywer for WOM? It is very time comsuming to prepare OPP to MTD.
