If I hold O-1 visa, can I file NIW140/485 without affecting my v

I am currently a post-doc in a university with non-profit H1B. Got an offer from a company and already have the profit H1B approved. The company is doing O-1 visa for me, in order to bring me over before 10/1. The O-1 visa petition is going to be filed in next week. Suppose my O-1 visa is approved on July 1st, and I start to work using my O-1 visa right away.

Since the EB2 is current, I would like to file NIW-140/485 together in July or August before any retrogression happens again. How will this affect my O-1 visa? Can I work? Because I heard that 交了485後，隻有H1B和L簽證是可以維持，
