again 請教關於遞交４８５的地點問題：

Is there anyone sent his/her spouse's I-485 to where his/her I-485 originally pending? Such as if the hu*****and's I-485 (NIW)was sent to TSC in Sept 2005, should the wife's I-485 be sent to TSC as well this month?

Will anybody kindly explain why the information on the USCIS website shows that all I-485 should be sent to NSC? Is there any exclusive situiations?
