For 485 from VSC-TSCs,I called both VSC and TSC today,

By using my I140 receipt number, I got access to VSC.It happened to be a patient lady. She said I need to contact TSC and ask TSC send an "Internal Service Inquiry" for transfering my 2nd FP result from VSC to TSC.
But, when I called back TSC, the representive was very impatient and she did not let me finish my words, just telling me go to Infopass.
I know it's no use go back to Inforpass.

What we should do?
