Sorry,you can't use old I-140 for I-485,because the

I-140 approval base on a permanent position,if you lose the job,mean I-140 no longer exist.Exception is
more than 180 days since I-485 pending.
CIS may require paystub & tax return as proof verify you still work for the previous employor.
