XBT等有經驗者：我為什麽會在7個月內收到2nd FPnotice?

EB2 RIR PD 7/30/03
I140 & I485 concurrent filing RD 10/23/06 @NSC
1st FP 11/30 code 3 for both the beneficiary and dependent
I140 Upgrade to Premium Process 5/28/07
I140 AD 5/30/07

Now I, the dependent, got received 2nd FP notice，但是主申請人沒有收到FP的通知，而且距離1stFP才7個月。這是甚麽意思？請XBT等有經驗者指教！謝謝！
