how long does it take to receive AP document from date of approv

My AP was just apprroved today from NSC,but the LUD message says it may take up to 30 days to receive the docuemnt. If your AP was approved from NSC, can you share how long you had to wait to receive the docuement? I am so concerned about it. Becasue I will leave for China on June 29.

What if I leave US without the AP docuemnt, can I enter US with AP. I assume my friend will send it back to China. Any risk? my I485 has been pending for 11 months. Any suggestion?
