if the AC is bought in US, the user manual should have the address of US based service companies.
I think the best approach is asking local AC repairman to check it out. If the local guy has the parts, great. Otherwise, call the US based TOYO phone # to purchase the parts. They will ship it, and ask the local guy to install. Or just let the local guy call them and order the parts.
If the sensor is bad, usually the indoor unit loses ability to automatically turn on/off the compressor (in ourdoor unit). If the indoor unit has a switch position to "force" the outdoor unit "always on", it still produces cold air. Just for diagnotic. Leaving it always on all day will damage the compressor, and xbt will get a cold.
