回複：proposal for WOMers: divide the research work and share resul

I will search my circuit courts for similar cases, but am not sure how many such cases exist as motion to dismiss MTD is relatively rare before January 2007. It is also useful to think over other strategies in case the surveyed data is against us. It would need some research on the reasons or laws that AUSA cited to against the plaintiffs.
