2. Based on my experience, receipt from TSC takes about 2 weeks to collect, since your documents will be transferred from NSC to TSC. If it's been more than 2 wk, that more probably your case would be sent to TSC.
3.Your case is strong enough for NIW. You actually would find more citations for your 24 papers if you spend time to dig out all Science citation resources.
