Another question: We were told(from calling USCIS) that we need to return the incorrect card with filling out I-90 form and 1 photo back to USCIS, then they will issue a new one, but that will take around 6 months.If Local office has my old card, they will replace a new one for me? Does local office have the right to issue the green card?
