My current company didn't allow me to file concurrently since they want to retain people using GC application.

How can I premium processing 140 now that it is in pending status? I have to contact attorney through company since company is sponsoring me. There is no way to persuade company to pay extra to premium process, just to leave the company ealier, right?

Is there any way to bypass company and attorney, and contact USCIS directly for premium processing (I will pay $1000 premium fee)? I really doubt.
