As mission08 said, your brother and sister can give you and your hu*****and total of $40000 per year as tax-free gift. How about explaining the remainder of $10000 as personal loan from relatives (no interest bearing)? As long as their cash comes legally, you will be fine. Not sure if the bank will question it or not if you deposit a large amount of CASH to one bank account each day. (A big amount check looks normal in their eyes.)
