Could I ask what's result of THIS case ? which state ? The reason I ask is that there are many cases still pending (I saw 3 MTD from my AUSA filed recently), in order to prevail, we need to collect sufficient evidence, so even if those previous cases were dismissed, we can still argue in different way. Also different judge will have different decision. I am in MA, and still screen ALL WOM cases filed in 2007.

If anyone already collected cases favored plaintiff (not volunteerly dismiss case, should be those decided by Judge). we should compile together (with case number and conclusion)
