I don't know how strong your background is, if you tell the VB things to the officials in your school and if they are nice people, it is easy to do EB1b. But not everyone is so nice, especially to Chinese. It really depends. If you can stay there more than 3 years in the same position, maybe just let them do PERM and wait. Say they do the EB1b for you but fire you after one year, it is not worthy.Just my two cents.
