From what I know, people have mixed experience with Andrew Fair.

Our own has been quite good, he always reponds our questions the same day or next day, and some questions are not even related to our cases. I think he's willing to help.

He has quite high I140 approval rate - one of the reasons is that if he doesn't feel comfortable with your case, he won't take it. I personally like it.

For our cases, he wrote A LOT for us - instead of just giving us templates as some other lawyers do.

One thing you have to keep in mind, the assistant assigned to your case is very important. So if you have bad experience, it might be the assistant to blame.
