only my personal experience which may not apply to you:

I have contacted Andrew Fair several times for some basic info before deciding whether to hire him. Most of the times, it takes him a few days to reply to my email which is fine. The price quote is pretty high compared to other lawyers which are acceptable to me too. Then when he finally emailed me the Agreement for my signature (so as to officially assign him as my lawyer), I noticed the Agreement was addressed to another person (both name and address) instead of me. Although these may be minor typos and it is likely he may be dealing with many customers that he mis-spells sometimes, these typos made me choose other lawyer over him.
