As far as I know, this issue is NOW related to FB. But it could be that someone proposes it for EB too. Hopefully not. The previous report seemed wrong, since even all the pending cases after 05/01/05 would be canceled, those cases would go to the so-called point system (no employer needed), and thus would not refiled by employers.
