參院 Bill 關於Employment Base 的澄清

我在http://www.senate.org上所能找到的Bill, amendment 似乎都隻是Family Based filed after May 1, 2005需要從新file. Employment pending/approved immigration petition could serve as the base for adjustment of status.

這似乎與USA TODAY矛盾, 有人能發現USA TODAY 所依據的Bill原文嗎?

Amendment introduced by Sanders 也並未要求Employment Based 從新file.
