Should be no problem.

You can use visa revalidation to come back to US provided that:

1) You have a valid passport and an expired non-immigrant visa (if you changed your immigration status with the U.S., make sure that you bring all the documents showing your current legal status).

2)You only go to Canada or Mexico for less than 30 days before returning to the U.S.

3)You did not apply for any visa at the consulate in Canada or Mexico during your trip.

You can file your I-485 after your trip to Canada.
