Sorry I do not have much information about my LC process. You are right, NY DOL seems to process cases around April, 2001 now. My case definitely did not wait in the line. I don't know how my lawyer did that but he was very confident I could use an expedite process, which obviously worked.

I would suggest you talk to the lawyer if you have further questions. Thanks.
