Help: how make a new H-1B petition when change position?

I am an H-1B employee (already granted H-1B status) and changed position from Post Doctoral Rsrch Assoc to Rsrch Assoc with the same employer.
Anyone knows, how make a new H-1B petition and send to where, because I was told it must be filed? Thanks!
