Please help: how to fill Question 16 in I-765?

The I765 is for my wife, as a dependant. Though she is currently a F1, but my idea is she needs an EAD in case there's a gap between graduation and H1b approval. The instruction provides information how to fill out a OPT, but not clear information for a H1b's dependant wife in question 16.
