Please help: I-765 for dependant wife, how to fill Question 16?

I cannot find the proper category for H1b's wife to fill Question 16? My wife is also a F1 and going to graduate in about 6 months, do you think she'd better to apply for OPT, or just the EAD while filing 485 as my dependant? Any suggestion is greatly appreciated!
