請教小白兔及各位大俠: A number?

my wife got one A number in her first EAD and H-4 : A 135 xxx xxx.
she got another A number in her second EAD and denied 485 : A 98 xxx xxx.
Now we plan new 485, which one number we should use? how we confirm her A number?
