I am Canadian citizen, worked in TN visa, visit China while H-1B pending. When I came back from China, the immigrant office asked me file a new I-94 for TN. Now, I am working with H-1B, but I-94 is same as old I-94 number. Which one I have to use in I-485 application? I-140 was approved in EB2 NIW.
