Sorry for the confusion due to the system, I checked it and followed as the correct second one, what I wanted to said is recipte notice is not the approval notice, some people wait approval notice, and then do 485 afraid in case deny or reject...

i suggest you to find out processing dates( times) in cis web to get an idea when your EB1a can get reviewed by an I-officer. I do not think you can get you APs by your way in 2 months. even ur lawyer is ur XDJM and they file your case asap, but CIS office may be not ur XDJM, they do things by their schedule and you have to wait... anyway try to refer processing time line in the web, there is exception but you still can get the ourline from it, here is the link
