請教小白兔及諸位大俠, G-325A help?

Does the employment last five years have to be exact same as listed in previous LC/I-140 and/or H-1 application? Waht about one of employer does not exist anymore and there is no way to contact them? Can we ignore this emplyment in G-325A?

How USCIS check G-325A? Is this part of name check?
