Fially got PD current for I-485, but I-140 denied because

of attorney's mistake: Mine is EB-3 but filed as EB-2 in I-140.
Now attorney said we can file I-140&I-485 together. Do you think we need to add $1000.00 for premium processing of I-140? together with filing fee, $1200.00 was gone just for attorney's mistake, plus wasting 9 months just waiting for I-140 approval. Sigh....
