請教小白兔等專家：485/765/131 申請問題集合

有些填表中遇到的細節問題，周圍無人能答，又查不到．在此請教小白兔等專家．

1. On Form I-485 page 2, question: “have you ever before applied for permanent resident status in the U.S.?” answer: Yes or

No
我以前曾申請過NIW I-140,未過. 但從沒申請過I-485. 現在以 H1B的I-140申請I-485. 這個問題我是回答Yes還是No呢?

2. Form I-485 /I-765 中要"Date of Last Arrival", I-765 中要"Date of Last Entry into the U.S.", "Place of Last Entry into the

U.S.". 在從國內來美國以後,我有幾次去Canada,沒有visa或新I-94. 是否須填最新的Canada trip ,還是從國內來時的trip?

3. 美國出生的小孩不需要一起申請I-485,"Applying with you"選"No",right?

4. 在G-325A中,若實在想不起"address abroad" and "job (company/address) abroad",可不可以填寫"cannot remember",會有什麽影響,name check時間更長?

6. 主申請人與配偶I-485/I-765/I-131同時file (in one envelop), 就不需要給I-765/I-131付加"I-485 pending receipt notice"了吧? 是不是隻需要給I-

765/I-131各付加 "copy of passport identity page, copy of nonimmirgant visa and stamp pages, copy of I-94" for each applicant?

需不需要給I-765/I-131各付加其它supporting documents,例如copy of marriage certificate, copy of H-1B approval notice, copy of I-140

approval notice from principal applicant, etc? 這些文件在I-485supporting documents(同一信封)中都有.
