我F1轉H4的材料寄到 USCIS california Service center, POBOX10539, Laguna Niguel, CA 92607-1053, 被退回並附信:
Dear Applicant:

The service is returning your form I-539, supporting documents and fees. Effective April 2, 2007, all form #### are to be filed directly with either the california center or the Vermont Service center, whichever is applicable. You will be able to determine the correct service ceter by following instrcution.

我在IDAHO,確實應該在california service center呀. 各位大蝦能幫忙指教.萬分感謝.
