請教小白兔及各位, Urgent!!

I’m in company A. My H-1 will expire in July. Company B just filed an H-1 transfer for me. Since my PD is current, I want to stay with company A and file I-485 in June.

My questions fro you are:

1. Can company A file my H-1 extension while there is a pending H-1 transfer by company B?
2. Does company B have to cancel the transfer before the extension by company A is possible?
3. What are my options?
